To be or not to be? That is the question.

I would suggest that there is no question.  God chose us; he chose me.  I read 1 John 3:9,10 and started thinking of how we are either Of God or Of Satan.  There is no warm, tepid safe grey place in between.

1 John 3:10
This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.

This lead me to conclude that we, children of God, must've been created, from our beginning TO BE children of God.  So I researched the word "predestined"

Romans 8:30
And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Ephesians 1:5
he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—

Can I biblically conclude that I am a believer because God chose me before I was born to be one of his own?

But How Great is the Love of God that we should be called Sons of God! Amen!
